Mr. Sanjay Pathak is the CMD of Reliable Data Services and Chairman of Reliable Group of companies. He joined Reliable Data Services as director in the year 2004-05 and has taken the company to its current heights in more than a decade.
An expert in financial management and overall management and operational control with vast experiences in Banking, accounts and general management, Mr. Pathak leads the company by example. Mr. Pathak is qualified Chartered Accountant and member of ICAI for around 2 decades. He chairs the board of KMSPL (credit rating), SEIPL (Risk and Fraud), AHCSPL (Health Investigation) and many more companies.

Mr. Anil Jha has been part of Reliable for past 15 years. An expert in operational management, he has developed the Reliable network across the country. At present, he handles the operations network of North and South India of Reliable.
A post-graduate in commerce, Mr. Jha has always been academically and socially inclined. He has been active in social network working towards helping and uplifting the lower strata of society.

Mr. Rakesh Jha joined Reliable in the year 2003. An expert in operational management, networking, and liaising, Mr. Jha single handedly established the operations of Reliable in eastern India. At present, Mr. Jha is the face of the company from Mumbai and looks after the liaising role from Mumbai.
A graduate in commerce stream, Mr. Jha put his CA education on hold after successfully completing intermediate part to pursue his entrepreneurial dream. He is a board member in all the Reliable group companies.

Mr. Sandeep Jha is one of the founder members of Reliable. An expert in Marketing Management, Mr. Jha handles the marketing of Reliable and has been instrumental in expanding the company business to overseas customers.
Mr. Jha is a graduate from commerce stream and board member of SEIPL (Risk and Fraud), AHCSPL (Health Investigation).

Mr. Sunil Rai joined Reliable in the year 2004 and has been instrumental in establishing the western India network of the company. With his vast knowledge and operational and networking management skill, Mr. Rai looks after the company operations from Mumbai.
A graduate from commerce stream, Mr. Rai is known for providing frank and professional advices to all the board members. He is a board member of SEIPL (Risk and Fraud), AHCSPL (Health Investigation).

Mr. Ashwini Jha aged 45 Years is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company appointed on July31, 2017. He holds Bachelor Degree of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and he has completed Piping Engineering. He is presently working with ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited.

Mrs. Anita Jha, aged 50 years is Independent Director of our Company. She was appointed as Independent Director on the Board w.e.f. September 30, 2021 for 5 years. She holds degree in Bachelor of Arts (Honors) having experience of 20 Years in field of being Educationist.

Mr. Pramod Kumar Tiwari, aged 52 years is Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed as Independent Director on the Board w.e.f. April 11, 2022. He holds degree in Master of Commerce having experience of 24 years in Accounts and finance.

Ms. Puja Kumari, aged 30 Year is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company appointed on Feb 17, 2021. She holds degree in Bachelor of Arts and has experience of around 5 years of Social work.

Mrs. Sudeshana Asis Chaudhury aged 46 Year is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company appointed on July 31, 2017. She holds B.Sc, MBA degree and has cleared Intermediate from Institute of chartered Accountant of India and. She has experience of around 6 years and engaged in financial planning and mutual fund advisory.
